Privacy Notice

Effective date: October 6, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Notice explains how Alexandria Innovations Holding Company, LLC (“Andaris,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information about individuals in connection with the Andaris Investor Network, our website, our communications, and our events and convenings.

For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, Andaris is the controller of the personal information described in this Notice.

Contact: privacy@andaris.ai · Alexandria Innovations Holding Company, LLC, One Embarcadero Center, Suite 1200, San Francisco, CA 94111.

2. Who This Notice Covers

This Notice applies to: prospective and current members of the Andaris Investor Network and their authorized representatives; participants in our briefings, roundtables, events, and convenings; visitors to our website; recipients of our communications; and other individuals who interact with Andaris.

3. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact information — name, title/role, organizational affiliation, business email address, business telephone number, and postal address.

  • Professional and membership information — your organization’s membership category, your role within the Network, areas of interest, and similar details relevant to delivering our services.

  • Participation information — event and session registrations, attendance, questions and contributions, and responses to surveys, questionnaires, and feedback requests.

  • Recordings — audio, video, or transcripts of sessions, webinars, or convenings where we record them, with advance notice to participants.

  • Communications — correspondence with us and your preferences for receiving communications. This includes what you send us through the contact form on our website, such as your name, email address and organization, and whether you want to register interest in membership or hear from us.

  • Website and technical information — IP address and device and browser information, which our hosting and analytics providers use to deliver the site and count visits in aggregate, without cookies (see Section 9).

We generally collect this information directly from you or your organization, from your organization’s designation of you as an authorized representative, from our partners (for example, partner networks through which you engage with us), from public and commercial sources, and automatically through our website.

We do not seek to collect special categories of sensitive personal data through the Network, and we ask that you not share such data with us unless necessary and lawful.

4. How and Why We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • administer membership and deliver, operate, and improve our services and the Network;

  • organize, run, and follow up on briefings, roundtables, events, and convenings;

  • communicate with you, respond to inquiries, and send you insights, invitations, and updates about the Network;

  • conduct and analyze surveys and produce aggregated, de-identified insights about investor priorities and practices;

  • maintain the security and integrity of our systems and information;

  • comply with our legal, regulatory, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations; and

  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Lawful bases (where GDPR / UK GDPR applies). We rely on: the performance of a contract with your organization or steps taken at its request; our legitimate interests in operating, promoting, and improving the Network (balanced against your rights); your consent where we ask for it (for example, when you ask through our website to hear from us); and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We share personal information only as needed and as described here:

  • Service providers — vendors who host our systems and website, measure website use, send communications, run events, manage our CRM, and provide similar services, acting on our instructions and under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

  • Event and academic partners — where an event or program is co-hosted (for example, with a university or partner network), we may share registration information as needed to run it.

  • Within the Network — we facilitate peer connection; we share your participation in sessions consistent with the confidentiality and Chatham House conventions that govern them, and we do not publish member contributions outside their intended setting without appropriate consent.

  • Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Andaris, members, or others.

  • Corporate transactions — in connection with a reorganization, merger, or transfer of the Andaris platform, subject to this Notice.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

6. International Transfers

Andaris operates a global network and is based in the United States. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with cross-border transfer rules to the United States or elsewhere, we use an appropriate safeguard where required — such as an adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. You may contact us for more information about the safeguards we use.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide and administer the Network, for the purposes described in this Notice, and to meet our legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. How We Protect Information

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard the information entrusted to us.

9. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. We count visits with privacy-focused analytics that work without cookies and do not identify you. We do not track visitors across other websites and do not allow third parties to do so through our site, so our site does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Deletion — ask us to delete your information.

  • Restriction and objection — ask us to restrict, or object to, certain processing, including direct marketing.

  • Portability — request a portable copy of information you provided.

  • Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time.

EEA/UK. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. As noted above, we do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Canada (PIPEDA) and other jurisdictions provide comparable rights of access and correction.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@andaris.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.

11. Children

The Network and our website are directed to investment professionals and institutions, not to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
